Jason Campbell

With over 20 years of experience in the employment field, Jason excels at putting together teams that run fluidly. His ability to identify top talent, has moved him from starting as a recruiter, to now the Vice President at GEM Quality. Jason’s focus is customer satisfaction, and trains his employees to make sure they are identifying and satisfying every need. He holds the highest of standards of his employees to make sure that the best is always presented to satisfy any customer needs.

Tony Collins

Director of Operations, Southeast
Tony Collins is the Director of Operations, Southeast for Gem Quality and originally from Mascot, Tennessee. Tony has worked closely with many automotive plants in East Tennessee helping them to propel forward and ensure they exceed customer requirements by shipping on-time quality parts. With over 20 years’ experience in automotive upper management regarding metal stamping, heat treatment, to machining and assembly of parts, Tony’s experience is hard to match and a differentiator when stacked up against the competition. Tony holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business with a concentration in HR, graduating cum laude. With strengths in innovation, work ethic, and determination, Tony has a niche in identifying and resolving quality issues for clients using lean manufacturing principles. Clients often make note of Tony’s skill in promoting team cohesion and evaluating issues from the customer’s point of view to ensure accuracy and efficiency. He enjoys working with individuals and companies alike with a Kaizen approach to support them in reaching their fullest potential.

Maggie Anderson

Project Quality Engineer
Maggie has spent her career in manufacturing. After a short 4 years as a Quality Control Specialist & Production Manager, Maggie was promoted to the Plant Manager. After 4 years, she was promoted to Plant Manager where she effectively managed and improved the processes for over 11 years. Maggie brings the ability to manage multiple projects and set an expectation with her team to meet deadlines, as well as develop and execute through plans. She is a recognized leader, manager, and trainer of associates. Maggie has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business.

Tike Goddard

Recruiting Manager
Tike is the engine that was brought in to differentiate Gem Quality within the industry. When serviced by Gem Quality, you can rest assured that the training and team leadership was directed to have the perfect candidate placed at each client. The relentless approach that his team takes, will leave you certain that each and every contractor that arrives, is a GEM employee that understands the needs, and is willing to take any step to assure quality and efficiency.


Meet the Team – Nashville

Brian Hopkins

Director of Business Services
Brian Hopkins is currently the Director of Business Services over the Middle Tennessee Market for Gem-Quality. Over the last 19 years Brian has been engaged in the manufacturing sector in Tennessee. He served as the director for one of world’s largest engineering staffing suppliers for 10 years. Additionally, he served as the executive manager over a major 3rd party quality containment and sourcing company for 4 years and another 5 years in as a Business Development Manager in quality engineering services. Brian is a veteran of the United States Navy. He holds two degrees from the University of Mississippi, in Business Management and Liberal Arts (Double Major- History and English). Brian currently calls home the Greater Nashville area.

Linda Oldham

Project Quality Engineer
Linda Oldham is an engineer, currently employed with Gem-Quality, who has worked in a manufacturing environment since 1985. A Masters of Engineering Management preceded by a Bachelors of Industrial Engineering makes her an invaluable resource during any containment activity. Linda has earned a Six Sigma Black Belt from Allied Signal Automotive, and recently received a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Six Sigma Institute. Linda’s abilities to readily identify project demands enable all containment activities to flow seamlessly, alpha to omega. Companies included on her resume: Allied Signal, Mercedes, Unipres, Martinrea, Wheland Foundry, Precision Tool & Die and EA Games. She currently resides in Old Hickory, Tennessee and enjoys spending free time on Old Hickory Lake.
