Tony Collins is the Director of Operations, Southeast for Gem Quality and originally from Mascot, Tennessee. Tony has worked closely with many automotive plants in East Tennessee helping them to propel forward and ensure they exceed customer requirements by shipping on-time quality parts. With over 20 years’ experience in automotive upper management regarding metal stamping, heat treatment, to machining and assembly of parts, Tony’s experience is hard to match and a differentiator when stacked up against the competition. Tony holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business with a concentration in HR, graduating cum laude. With strengths in innovation, work ethic, and determination, Tony has a niche in identifying and resolving quality issues for clients using lean manufacturing principles. Clients often make note of Tony’s skill in promoting team cohesion and evaluating issues from the customer’s point of view to ensure accuracy and efficiency. He enjoys working with individuals and companies alike with a Kaizen approach to support them in reaching their fullest potential.
Maggie Anderson
Regional Manager

Maggie has spent her career in manufacturing. After a short 4 years as a Quality Control Specialist & Production Manager, Maggie was promoted to the Plant Manager. After 4 years, she was promoted to Plant Manager where she effectively managed and improved the processes for over 11 years. Maggie brings the ability to manage multiple projects and set an expectation with her team to meet deadlines, as well as develop and execute through plans. She is a recognized leader, manager, and trainer of associates. Maggie has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business.
